Background & Fellowship Description

The Women in Agriculture Leadership Program Fellowship is a two-year, non-residential initiative led by African Women in Agricultural Research and Development (AWARD) under the Africa-Australia Partnership for Climate-Responsive Agriculture.

The programme is designed to strengthen the capability, confidence and influence of African women agricultural scientists so they can contribute to and lead climate-responsive agricultural research and agrifood systems.
