ClimateWorks Foundation Manager, Philanthropic Partnerships Position Overview

The Manager, Philanthropic Partnerships will play a critical role in advancing ClimateWorks Foundation’s fundraising and donor engagement efforts. The successful candidate will manage donor relationships, coordinate fundraising strategies, develop compelling donor materials, and collaborate across multiple departments to support climate initiatives.

This role reports within the Philanthropic Partnerships Department and works closely with executive leadership, program teams, finance professionals, and external funding partners.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management

The selected candidate will:

  • Manage a portfolio of climate programs and donor relationships

Salary and Benefits

Annual Salary Range

Tier 1 Locations (San Francisco Bay Area and New York City)

  • $120,000 – $125,000 per year

Tier 2 Locations (Other US Locations)

  • $115,000 – $120,000 per year
