Background & Opportunity Description
DT Global, through the Australian Government’s Partnerships for Infrastructure (P4I) initiative, is inviting organisations to express interest in joining a Maritime Portfolio Delivery Panel.
The panel will support maritime decarbonisation activities in Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. The indicative total value over the panel’s term is AUD $20 million, with no guaranteed work volume.
Areas of Expertise
Organisations can demonstrate capabilities in one or more areas:
- Ports.
- Shipping and fuels.
- Maritime policy and regulation.
- Functional capabilities supporting delivery.
Specialist, local and larger organisations are welcome to apply if they meet the experience, personnel, capacity and integrity requirements.
Eligibility and Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate relevant maritime decarbonisation experience and provide the required capability information and insurance statement. Consortia and joint ventures are not accepted at the expression-of-interest stage.
This is a two-stage procurement process. Shortlisted respondents will be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Tender (RFT).

- Optional briefing: October 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Bangkok time.
- Deadline for clarification requests: October 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Bangkok time.
- EOI submission deadline: November 3, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Bangkok time.
