This newly established position supports the Gender Equality Division by coordinating major meetings, workshops, international events, and visa documentation for staff and partners.
Main Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Coordinating international meetings, conferences, and convenings from planning through completion.
- Managing event logistics including scheduling, participant coordination, travel arrangements, and venue preparation.
- Working with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of high-quality events.
- Serving as the primary contact for event-related communication.
- Preparing visa support documentation for staff travelling internationally.
- Researching country-specific visa requirements.
- Developing event planning guides, standard operating procedures, and FAQs.
- Producing workload reports and service performance metrics.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Supporting continuous improvement of business processes.
