Amazon is seeking a high-performing, strategic HR professional to join its People Experience and Technology (PXT) team as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). Background & Job Description
Amazon’s HR Business Partner roles are core to supporting employees across its customer service functions. The Senior HRBP will serve as a proxy for HR leadership, providing high-level guidance on policy, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development. You’ll manage HR programs, advise leadership on talent strategy, and deliver best-in-class employee experiences. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and impactful position where strategic thinking and hands-on execution go hand-in-hand.
Working within Amazon’s HR structure—known as People Experience and Technology (PXT)—this role focuses on delivering high performance through employee experience. You will also lead cross-functional initiatives and contribute to Amazon’s evolving HR ecosystem, including digital transformation, diversity and inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Tasks

Lead and manage end-to-end HR projects, including organizational change initiatives and implementation of new HR tools and technologies.

Design and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business needs, including workforce planning, succession management, and talent development.

Provide expert advice on employee relations, labor law compliance, and complex case resolution involving both internal and external stakeholders.

Champion employee engagement by leading feedback programs, analyzing trends, and building initiatives that drive satisfaction and retention.

Coach and mentor managers on leadership best practices, team development, and performance optimization.

Use HR data and analytics to create actionable insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-regional and remote HR and operations teams to align business objectives with people solutions.

Monitor policy adherence and ensure smooth execution of HR processes across functions.

Qualifications
Education and Certification

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field is required. Equivalent HR-related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience
-
Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, high-volume environment such as customer service, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment legislation.

Demonstrated expertise in Moroccan labor law and applying legislative changes to internal policy.

Hands-on experience using HR information systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Fluency in English, French, and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
