Tasks
As an Area Segment Manager, the selected candidate will be expected to:

Lead and manage Private Wealth Banking teams, including Private Wealth Bankers and Sales Support Consultants, ensuring consistent achievement of performance and sales targets.

Drive client acquisition and revenue growth by developing and executing tactical plans aligned with the overall Private Wealth Banking strategy.

Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, ensuring that turnaround times, service levels, and operational delivery meet or exceed client expectations.

Oversee operational risk and compliance in accordance with regulatory and internal control standards, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks across all transactions.

Qualifications
Education and Certification

A National Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Business, Commerce, Management Studies, or a related field is required.
