Tasks
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and design automated solutions to streamline processes.
- Create, test, and implement API calls (e.g., GET and PUSH) for data integration.
- Build and manage Power Automate flows to connect ETO to broader business systems.
- Provide user support on Power Automate and ETO functionalities.
- Assist with the creation of new entities and data entry touchpoints in ETO.
- Support batch data uploads and integrity maintenance in the database.
Tools You’ll Work With:
- Power Automate for workflow automation
- ETO (Efforts to Outcomes) for program and client data tracking
- REST-based APIs for inter-system communication
- Optional exposure to Power Apps and SAP Business Intelligence
Qualifications
Education & Certification
- Must be currently enrolled in or have graduated (within the last 12 months) from a graduate program in:
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- Software Engineering
- Or a closely related field
Experience
- At least 1 year of professional experience (including internships) in:
- Software Development
- IT Support
- Solutions Architecture
- Information Systems
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs (GET and PUSH requests)
- Advanced knowledge of Power Automate (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s Power Platform tools, especially Power Apps (preferred)
- Exposure to SAP Business Intelligence (a plus, not required)
