Qualifications

Education and Certification

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as International Development, Business Administration, Public Health, Political Science, Economics, Communications, or related disciplines is typically required.
• A master’s degree or specialized certification in project management, monitoring and evaluation, humanitarian response, or nonprofit management is preferred for certain roles.

Experience

• Relevant professional experience in the nonprofit, humanitarian, development, or public sector.
• Previous experience working in an international or cross-cultural setting is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Fluency in multiple languages, particularly French, Spanish, Arabic, or Portuguese.
• Prior experience working with donor-funded projects (e.g., USAID, UN, EU, etc.).
• Experience using data collection tools, CRM systems, or financial software depending on department.
