Tasks
As part of the WFP Climate Finance Consultant Roster, selected specialists will be responsible for the following:
Proposal Development
- Draft and revise high-quality concept notes and funding proposals aligned with WFP’s climate strategy.
- Ensure proposals are tailored to the specific requirements of donors like the GCF, GEF, or AF.
Technical Content & Analysis
- Create or contribute to technical annexes including:

Consultations & Field Work

Qualifications
Education and Certification
To qualify for the WFP Climate Finance consultancy roster, applicants must meet the following academic requirements:
- A Master’s degree or higher in one or more of the following fields:
- Climate Change
- Environmental Studies
- Food Security
- Agriculture
- Development Studies
- Natural Resource Management
- Economics or a related field

Experience
