- Identifying opportunities for strategic alignment between donors and Oxfam programs, fostering growth in relationships and funding.
- Providing support in proposal and report submission, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and high-quality submissions.
- Collaborating with program and policy staff to enhance program marketability to funders and support fundraising efforts.
Your Profile: To excel in this role, you will need to possess a diverse skill set and a strong commitment to ICRAF’s mission. Key qualifications and attributes may include:
- An academic degree in Economics linked to Agriculture, Forestry, or Environmental Management, with a preference for candidates with a PhD level of education.
- At least five years of working experience on economic analyses of soil restoration projects, preferably in an African context.
