What You’ll Do
As the Senior Coordinator, Impact Programs, you’ll play a key role in supporting nonprofit partners and ensuring the successful delivery of mission-driven initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating nonprofit partner communications and outreach
- Scheduling meetings and preparing agendas
- Supporting pilot program planning and implementation
- Assisting with concept notes and program documentation
- Coordinating product distribution and logistics
- Tracking project deliverables using Asana
- Supporting donor reporting and impact storytelling
- Organizing events, workshops, and partner meetings
- Providing support to Member Services when required
- Assisting nonprofit registration and development activities

Qualifications
To be considered, applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in nonprofit programs, communications, project coordination, or related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Research and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience with Asana or other project management software
- Passion for nonprofit work, corporate social responsibility, and social impact

Work Location
