Background & Scholarship Description
The WINGS Homecare Management Scholarship is offered through the WINGS (Work Inclusion, Growth & Sustainability for Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities) Project by The Tree of Life Trust (Fondazione L’Albero Della Vita), with support from the Italian Cooperation.
The programme aims to equip women with practical skills for the growing domestic and homecare support services sector while supporting pathways toward employment and economic independence.
Cohort 1 will run for three months.
Training is available through selected TVET partners in:
- Nairobi
- Mombasa
- Nakuru
- Kisumu
- Uasin Gishu
The course focuses on practical Homecare Management skills, professional standards, workplace readiness, and sustainable employment opportunities.
