Background & Job Description
UNICEF is the United Nations agency dedicated to protecting the rights and wellbeing of children and adolescents across more than 190 countries and territories. Through evidence-based programming, research, and partnerships, UNICEF supports governments in strengthening education, health, child protection, nutrition, social policy, and emergency response systems.

The consultant will design and implement case-based causal analysis methodologies, integrate findings with broader evaluation components, and produce cross-country evidence that identifies the factors contributing to successful child protection systems.
Working remotely with UNICEF’s global evaluation team, the consultant will collaborate with researchers, technical experts, and country teams to strengthen evaluation quality while supporting organizational learning and strategic decision-making.
