Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the ICTP Procurement Unit by:
- Managing procurement processes for contracts below USD 150,000.
- Supporting large procurement exercises and formal tenders.
- Conducting market research and supplier sourcing.
- Preparing Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Invitations to Bid (ITBs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Coordinating bid evaluations and procurement documentation.

- Monitoring contract performance and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
- Supporting logistics, shipment coordination, customs clearance, and delivery management.
- Assisting with procurement reporting and administrative activities.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Secondary, technical, or vocational school education.
- At least five years of professional experience in procurement and contract management.
- Experience managing procurement activities, supplier negotiations, tenders, and contracts.
- Practical knowledge of procurement processes for contracts up to USD 150,000.
